A native of Philadelphia now residing in Los Angeles, Mark W. Curran 
is an author, publisher, music performer, filmmaker and Elvis 
Tribute Artist. He has been entertaining audiences for over 25 years.

Having made three short films over the last decade, authoring one 
published book, and having his first full length play produced at the 
prestigious Stella Adler Theater in Hollywood,  Curran is considered 
a multiple threat in the arts. 

His performances as an Elvis Presley impersonator in his own Elvis 
Tribute Show, playing venues all over the West Coast have been 
successful. As an educator, he has developed an educational program 
teaching kids about the music of Elvis in elementary schools, which 
the Los Angeles Unified School District has called "An outstanding 
show," and "A must-see."      

In July of 2002, Mark embarked on "The Route 66 Elvis Across America 
Roadathon," during which he travelled the length of Route 66 by himself
in his van to promote awareness of historic Route 66 through the 
unique perspective of an Elvis Impersonator.

Performing free shows and featuring the music of Elvis, Curran's trip 
generated articles and accolades in the many small towns he performed 
in. The trip took him across eight states in 30 days on a 
whirlwind tour of small towns, landmarks, and a promotional tour of 
radio stations along the route. 

The trip also marked the release of his first CD of original music,
"From The Heart," a collection of songs inspired by personal experiences
and Route 66. 

In 2001, Curran wrote and published "Sell Your Music On The Internet: 
A Musician's Survival Guide," a marketing manual for recording artists. 
In 1999 he wrote and produced a short subject film for the Sundance Film 
Festival. In 1998 he wrote, produced and directed a theatrical production 
about Route 66 entitled "Cadillac Highways," which aired on major Los 
Angeles cable stations.   

He performs his "Wonder Of Elvis" show all over the United States, with a
strong presence in the Los Angeles area where he performs for private and
corporate events. He also works charitable events for a greatly reduced 
fee, especially in the area of performances for senior citizen homes, 
childrens hospitals, and psychiatric facilities.
